REMARKS:

 

A) PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The epidermis has a light yellow color, sometimes with a pink tinge on the sunny side. Some russet spotting. This is attached at the base, dispersing irregularly across the surface, tending to concentrate on stem cavity, whatever the format of the Pear. Format variable, being prevalent ovate rounded, pyriform rounded or ovate puriform oblong. Very little pronounced stem cavity with the Crown clear, smooth surface and divergent rosette. The pulp has a soft, white fondant, grainy, sweet, acidic, not juicy and slightly sharp perfume.

B) TRANSPORT AND STORAGE: Cold storage between 5-7°C, for 4-6 months.  Transport 0-1° C.
